IN ACHIEVING OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
  • We will appoint an experienced conveyancing solicitor who will be assisted by their support team; the same team collectively will deal with your transaction throughout
  • We intend to provide high quality Conveyancing services that are effective and value for money, depending on your personal and legal requirements we will provide you with a clear detailed estimate of our costs and your disbursements. The estimate will include the cost of Land registry fees, cost of searches and any stamp duty. You will have a clear indication of the potential costs from the outset. We will have no hidden costs, if there is any unintended changes to the disbursements we will always inform you, but our own costs will never change
  • As all transactions and needs are unique we will deal with your conveyancing transaction based on your timescales and key dates in mind ensuring that where transaction are dependent on other properties being synchronised or where you have other needs , that all your personal ,legal requirements and expectations are realistic and are managed throughout your transaction
  • We will make sure that any advice or guidance given to you is of a high quality in terms you can understand and avoiding legal jargon as much as possible and based on a full understanding of your circumstances
  • Depending on the transaction in hand, we will ensure that all transactions are dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally and hope to have most transactions completed within 4 weeks from receipt of the contract papers
  • We will ensure that you are constantly updated as your transaction progresses, either by phone, email and where possible by SMS text and where you prefer in person with your conveyancing solicitor by way of a face to face appointment
  • We will ensure that we respond to your letters, email and phone calls promptly every effort will be made to ensure that a response is generated on the same day
  • We will always put your interests first and be polite and considerate when representing you and treat you fairly and not discriminate against you because of age, race, disability, pregnancy or maternity, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation. We will always keep what you tell us confidential, and refuse to act for anyone else if doing so could compromise that confidentiality
  • We will always act with integrity and uphold the law and proper administration of justice
  • We will always ensure that in the unlikely event that you have any complaints about our services provided to you, that we shall deal with that complaint as promptly and efficiently as possible in a fair and impartial manner
